Tender Support Documents
Providing an estimate, quote or tender obviously requires the provision of costs but importantly there are many other aspects to the successful completion of a job - price is not everything.
When an organisation accepts a quote for a job they are in fact responsible for making sure that the contractor conducting the works is doing so safely. These organisations can be held liable if they have not made sure that who the employ conducts there work safely. Therefore many organisations require a large component of safety based questions to be answered. This includes environmental aspects as well.
ACTIVITY - this activity relates directly to the last part of assessment task 4 - "supply a brief business profile that highlights the businesses strengths and points of difference along with how the tenderer will address and comply with legislative and OH&S issues"
